By using the PlantSciApp application, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Purpose of the Application
The application provides information and recommendations for plant care, such as watering, fertilization, and light conditions. This information is based on general best practices and may vary depending on the type of plant and environmental conditions. PlantSciApp does not guarantee the success of plant care and cannot ensure that plants will remain healthy or thrive based on the suggested routines.
3. Disclaimer
Use of the application is at your own risk. PlantSciApp and its developers are not liable for any damage, loss, or death of plants that may result from using the application. The information provided in the application is for guidance purposes only and does not replace the need for independent research on the specific care requirements of your plants.
4. Changes to the Application
PlantSciApp reserves the right to make changes to the application, the features offered, or these terms of service at any time. These changes will be posted within the application or on the relevant website.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the application, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and is the property of the developers of PlantSciApp. Any reproduction, distribution, or other use of the content without written permission is prohibited.
6. Data and Privacy
PlantSciApp collects and processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with the applicable laws and regulations in your country.
8. Subscription and Payment
PlantSciApp offers a paid subscription service. The subscription costs 1.19€ per month in Germany due to 19% VAT, with a base price of 1.00€. Prices may vary depending on the country and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user. Users must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Apple App Store settings. Refunds are processed according to Apple’s refund policy.
9. Termination of Use
PlantSciApp reserves the right to discontinue the application at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
11. Global Legal Compliance
These terms of service apply worldwide and comply with local laws and regulations. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable in a specific country, the rest of the agreement remains valid. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the application aligns with the applicable laws in their respective country.
12. Disclaimer for Care Routines and Plant Health
PlantSciApp is not liable for any loss, damage, or death of plants resulting from the application of care routines or recommendations provided by the application.
